论坛简介
Introduction
为促进海内外优秀青年学者的学术交流和深度合作，华东师范大学将举办年度青年科学家（学者）国际论坛，并依托各学部（院、系）设立不同学科和领域的分论坛，采用线上视频方式通过专题报告、学术研讨，增进海内外优秀青年学者对华东师范大学的了解。
在学校的整体布局下，河口海岸学国家重点实验室拟于4月9-11日举办分论坛。在主题论坛的基础上，围绕国际学术前沿，探讨学科热点问题，促进学术交流与合作，同时也为实验室优秀青年学者的引进创造条件。
Topromoteacademicexchangesandin-depthcooperationbetweenoutstandingyoungscholarsathomeandabroad,ECNUhastakentheinitiativetohosttheannualinternationalforumforyoungscientists(scholars).Duringthisperiod,theuniversitysfaculties,schools,anddepartmentswillalsohostsub-forumsbasedondifferentdisciplinesandacademicareas.Throughinvitedspeechesonspecifictopics,academicdiscussiononline,theforumaimsatenhancingtheparticipantsunderstandingofECNU.
StateKeyLaboratoryofEstuarineandCoastalResearchwillhostMarineSciencessub-forumduringApril9-11.Itprovidesaplatformformarinescientiststoexplorethedisciplinehotspots,promotingacademicexchangesandcooperationandbringinqualitytalent.

根据河口海岸学国家重点实验室的科研工作需要，拟围绕河口演变规律与河口沉积动力学、海岸动力地貌与动力沉积过程、河口海岸生态与环境三大研究方向，面向全球招募以下学科的优秀人才：水沙运动力学和沉积地貌学，港口海岸与近海工程，物理海洋学，海洋地质学，化学海洋学和生物地球化学，生物海洋学和生态系统动力学，海岸带生态系统及水环境，观测系统与数值模拟等相关专业。
